Paras Darbhanga, the first multi super specialty hospital of Darbhanga and Mithilanchal is all set to perform the first cardiac surgery in the area. Before the inception of Paras Darbhanga in the area the patients requiring specialised cardiac care had to go all the way to Patna for treatment.
